These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of respectwater.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. The Site is operated by Respect Water ("Respect Water," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display our products and their descriptions, colors, and details accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free, and actual products may vary. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order affected by such an error, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping.
4. Orders
Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.
5. Shipping
Shipping terms, timeframes, and costs are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
6. All Sales Final — No Returns

7. Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to our mailing list, you agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from Respect Water and from our partners and affiliated brands, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from Respect Water emails at any time using the link provided in those messages.

The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and the "Respect Water" brand — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to access it using automated means without permission, or to infringe the rights of others.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Respect Water and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Effective Date" above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
